SHIPPING POLICY
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Copy Cat Tees products are made to order. Production begins after an order is confirmed and is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout include the available shipping method but may not account for unexpected production or carrier delays.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order leaves the production facility. Tracking may take some time to update after the label is created.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Products may be produced at different facilities. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Separate tracking details may be provided.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately at shopcopycattees@gmail.com if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient refused delivery, may not qualify for a refund or free replacement.
DELAYS
Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing and other events outside our control can affect delivery times. Contact us if your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, and we will review the available tracking information.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your package appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, contact shopcopycattees@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs when applicable. We will investigate the issue and explain the available resolution options.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
